Clancy Odegard is a trusted member of the Chateau Luxe Venue Operations team, helping ensure each event is set, supported, and executed with precision. In his role, Clancy oversees complete event setup and breakdown, organizes storage areas and equipment, and helps make sure day-of event needs are handled quickly and professionally.
With a strong background in hospitality and events, Clancy understands the details that make an event run smoothly. His experience includes restaurants, serving, bartending, banquet work, and event operations, giving him a well-rounded view of both guest service and behind-the-scenes execution. Dependable, solution-oriented, and a natural leader, Clancy takes pride in supporting his team and helping create an experience that feels seamless for clients and guests.
One of his favorite Chateau Luxe memories was working an event for the well-known former Chairman of USA Olympic Basketball, Jerry Colangelo, celebrating the launch of his book about the Olympic basketball Dream Team. As a huge NBA fan, receiving a signed copy of the book made the experience especially memorable. Clancy loves the team culture at Chateau Luxe, especially the camaraderie of everyone working together toward a common goal.
His favorite event features include live action stations, strong lighting and sound, and interactive touches like a 360 photo booth. His favorite Chateau Luxe dish is Chef Maurice’s famous black garlic short rib.
Outside of work, Clancy enjoys comedy shows, sports, cycling, movies, camping, hiking, and he knows how to surf. His dream event would be a sports trading card show, and if he could support any cause, it would be the Caris Sports Foundation.
