About Ben Ostro

Ben Ostro is the CEO at Chateau Luxe Event & Conference Center in Phoenix, AZ.

Ben’s future in leadership and business showed up early. As a 10 year old, he bypassed summer camp to work with his family’s business. At 11, he negotiated his way into a drive-thru window job at a local restaurant. By 15, he was the assistant manager of a small pizzeria, creating an employee handbook, advising the owner and making hiring and scheduling decisions for people three times his age.

By the time he was an adult, Ostro became Chief Operating Officer of local event technology & production firm, GO Media Events working with clients including Celebrity Fight Night with Muhammad Ali, Pepsi Beverage, Gatorade, Vereit, Alliance Bank of Arizona, Davd Foster, and Jerry Colangelo just to name a few. His passion for the event industry and his storied experience served as a springboard to his current role at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.

Under Ben’s leadership, Chateau Luxe has earned a reputation of first-class service and has been home to numerous high-profile events including: Taste of the NFL, Phoenix Fashion Week, Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards, and many more.

He is active in giving back to the community through support of local non-profits, and frequently volunteers at St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix. He oversees the Chateau Luxe Cares program which provides free fundraising events to local Arizona non-profit organizations, and also organizes the Chateau Luxe team to volunteer at local non-profit organizations each quarter.

Ben is married and enjoys traveling with his friends and family. As a self-proclaimed foodie, he’s always on the look out for the best places to eat.
