Hannah Cissell is the Senior Director of Operations at Chateau Luxe, where she oversees the day-to-day operations that bring each event to life. From staff coordination and vendor communication to setup, execution, and breakdown, Hannah plays a key role in ensuring every client and guest experience is seamless, polished, and memorable.
Hannah has been part of the Chateau Luxe family for nearly a decade, beginning fresh out of college as a sales assistant and banquet captain assistant. Through dedication, hard work, and a deep understanding of the event experience, she grew into roles including Sales Associate, Head of Sales, and now Senior Director of Operations. Her background gives her a unique perspective on both the client journey and the behind-the-scenes details required to deliver exceptional events.
Known for being dedicated, personable, and adaptable, Hannah loves the energy and variety of Chateau Luxe. Whether it’s a wedding, fundraiser, food show, baby shower, or major event like the Taste of the NFL, she enjoys helping clients celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. She especially loves events in the Garden, custom dance floors, vintage décor, and Chef’s Braised Beef Short Rib.
Outside of Chateau Luxe, Hannah is a self-proclaimed bookworm who enjoys reading, working out, baking, spending time with family, and FaceTiming her nephew. Her favorite quote is, “You can’t add days to your life, but you can add life to your days.”
