Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Rental Period: The kitchen facilities ("Facilities") will be rented to the Client ("Renter") for use by the Client's catering vendor during the specific date(s) and time(s) as agreed upon in the rental agreement. The Client is responsible for any charges incurred as a result of their caterer's use of the kitchen. The Renter must vacate the Facilities promptly at the end of the rental period.

Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee(s) specified in the rental agreement 7 days prior to commencement of the rental period. This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.

A refundable security deposit of $2,500 will be collected to ensure the Facility is cleaned and damage free at conclusion of the rental period.

Use of Facilities: The Renter shall use the Facilities solely for the purpose of food preparation and related activities. No other use is permitted without prior written consent.

Capacity and Equipment: The Renter agrees to adhere to the capacity limits of the Facilities and to use only the equipment provided within the Facilities. Any additional equipment must be approved by Chateau Luxe Management prior to the event.

Condition of Facilities: The Renter agrees to maintain the cleanliness and order of the Facilities and to leave the Facilities in the same condition as they were prior to rental. The Renter is responsible for all cleaning costs associated with returning the Facilities to their original condition.

Damage: The Renter is responsible for any damage to the Facilities or equipment caused by the Renter or the Renter's caterer, agents or guests. The Renter agrees to pay for all repairs and replacements necessary to return the Facilities or equipment to their prior condition.

Insurance: The Renter shall provide proof of liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage, including, but not limited to, a comprehensive general liability policy with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chateau Luxe Banquet & Conference Center from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Renter's use of the Facilities or breach of these terms and conditions.

Compliance with Laws: The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations during their use of the Facilities. This includes health and safety standards related to food preparation and service established by the Maricopa County Dept of Health and State of Arizona. Renter is solely responsible for any health dept violations.

Access/use: Renter and it's caterer, agents, and others shall not enter unauthorized areas, or utilize items which express authorization has been given by Facility. Additional charges will apply for use of china, flatware, etc. and other equipment which is not included in rental.

Maintenance: Facility takes measures to maintain all equipment and facilities provided, however the Facility makes no guarantee that any provided equipment will be free of mechanical or other failure.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be responsible for failure to fulfill their obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, mechanical failure, natural disasters, war, or governmental restrictions.

These terms and conditions are intended to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen rental and the safety and satisfaction of all parties involved.
