FORMER EMPLOYEES: How to obtain a copy of your past tax forms

If you previously worked at Chateau Luxe as an employee or independent contractor and need access to your past tax documents such as W-2 or 1099 forms, please follow the instructions below. 

Active employees and independent contractors ONLY should contact the HR Department.

For Tax Years Prior to 2025:

Tax documents for years before 2025 are available through our payroll provider, ADP.

➤ To Access Your Documents:

  1. Visit the ADP Website.

  2. If you already have an account, log in using your existing username and password.

  3. Once logged in, navigate to Myself > Pay > Annual Statements to download your W-2 or 1099.

For Tax Years 2025 and After:

Tax documents for years 2025 AND AFTER are available through our payroll provider, Paycor.  Login to your Paycor portal or contact the HR department via email at: [email protected]

Note: For your privacy, Chateau Luxe does not retain individual ADP login credentials and cannot provide or reset your ADP account information. You must contact ADP directly to access your account.

➤ If You Don’t Have an ADP Account or Forgot Your Credentials for tax years BEFORE 2025:

  1. Go to the ADP Website.

  2. Click on “Support” and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your account or register for access.

  3. You may need the following information:

    • Chateau Luxe’s company code (provided during your onboarding)

    • Your Social Security Number

    • Your personal email or contact information used during employment

For Tax Year 2025 and AFTER, you can obtain tax documents by contacting Paycor.
