Vendors & Suppliers

Chateau Luxe believes in working with vendors and suppliers who operate with our shared values and will provide our clients with the highest level of service and professionalism.

We require that all Vendors register with us before working on our premises. Vendor registration is quick and easy – get started by visitng the Vendor Enrollment Portal.

To work as a Vendor for our Clients, you must first complete the Vendor Enrollment process. Don’t worry – it’s quick & easy!

What you will need:

  1. Company/LLC Official Information
  2. Certificate of Insurance with our company (Chateau Luxe Banquet & Conference Center, LLC) listed as additional insured.
  3. Provide us this information at least 5 business days before you’re scheduled to be here

To ensure the highest standards of safety and service for everyone, we have established Vendor & House Rules which apply to all Vendors who provide services at Chateau Luxe.

All Vendors are required to complete the Vendor Registration form and provide a valid certificate of insurance before access to the premises will be allowed.
